Hello All, I'm a French owner of an F430 since May 2007. I wanted to share a few pictures with you. I went in the small resort in the mountains near the French/Swiss border. Temp : -12°C http://img166.imageshack.us/img166/2600/img0071oi2.jpg Anyways, the car spent 5 days outside between -8°C and -12°C. My F430 has now 24500km on the clock. Started every day ! http://img150.imageshack.us/img150/7320/img0069ch2.jpg http://img166.imageshack.us/img166/2020/dsc03071ie8.jpg http://img405.imageshack.us/img405/9783/dsc03077wa9.jpg My car has now 24500km and is running fine. Just contracted the 4th year warranty: 58% clutch wear, 22% wear on the front a rear CC brakes. Have had no issues. I use the car in any weather condition…for my pleasure and for the challenge. To be totally honest ☺ the car had to be pushed out a few parking lots during the skiing week. Bye for now Squirrel
Bridgestone RE050's ! In the mountains I had a set of "Tire socks". Very handy and easy to fit. Good on snow but not on ice
Too much torque for snow, but you make a Ferrari owner proud to see it out in the sht. Good for you..
Good to see people out in the elements with their F-Car! This is probably the only picture of ice crystals over over a scuderia badge!
Can sombody post these here... can't see 'em. I've thought about how cool it would be to go in my car, just never had the marbles..... nor the tire chains.
YOU HAVE MORE TESTICULAR FORTITUDE THAN I. I WONT TAKE OUT MY BABY 430 IF THE TEMP IS BELOW 50 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT. I DON'T WANT IT TO CATCH PNEUMONIA!
You are my hero to prove not only Lambo can do it; I am proud of you. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SK5cse6-pdA
guess you are not carrying your own skiis or board. be safe out there and use snow tires if you continue to do this. wide high performance tires dont grip in cold weather.
Good for you and I, too, loved the badge pix. I also loved the Lambo video... thanks for posting that. Frank
