Good bars/clubs in LA or San Diego?

    I'm going to be in LA, Perris, Elsinore, San Diego, and Temecula visiting some old friends and skydiving all week next week... are there any good bars or nightclubs in LA or San Diego that would be worth heading out to?

    Also - anyone know of a place that rents mini coopers, boxsters, S2Ks, etc...? I've received some suggestions but all of them seem to be way overpriced, or their websites don't work. I'd like to take advantage of some of the roads while I'm there :)

    Club Beat It is where I like to hang out. Sunday nights, 10:30 - 2:30. 18+, $12 cover + $5 parking. Main room of 80s music, back room w/ hip-hop, front room and patio with indie and electroclash.

    At the Ruby, 7070 Hollywood Blvd.

    Not sure about bars or night clubs in LA....but I went out for a friend's bday to a strip club named "Esctasy".....definitely recommended.

    Too many bars to list here. But there will be nothing in Perris or Temecula or Elsinore.
    There is a great Mexican Fast Food place in Elsinore called Juan Pollo.

    From Elsinore I would take Hwy 74, called the Ortega Hwy.(very twisty) over the hill to the beach and go to any bar by any pier. You cant go wrong.

    Also when you take 74 to the beach from Elsinore, you will be close to Crystal cove.
