Good, carbon watches?

Ferrari makes a couple carbon themed watches that look good IMO. They are ~$600. There might be one cheaper though

 

Oris makes some good carbon face watches.

 

I had a no-brand ebay carbon face/SS chrono with ferrari shield that cost $80 and lasted for several years.

If in the market for similar now, I'd be looking at the brand name Ferrari watches. Reasonable at the price and the real thing.

Skagen is on the cheaper end of the spectrum, but my girlfriend got me this watch a couple years ago, and I love it

Full disclosure, folks in the Silver subscribed forum might recall that my watch is half-dead, http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/showthread.php?t=357920, but I think that is more about how I have the "dropsies" than the quality of the watch.

There are several other styles with the carbon face as well, just search for "jacques lemans carbon".

I did a quick check on Amazon and found the same model, also a Mondia automatic chrono, all SS/SS bracelet, great looking and $1350.00. No reviews, though.

Do you carry the auto? My credit card is beginning to vibrate.

 

We don't stock the Automatic Chronograph. I can add it to my next order from Italy.
Mondia's are very well made. We have been selling them for around 4 years. No issues

 

I have the chrono Racer S. Most all my watches are Wenger or Victorinox w/ the price in your range.

I thought about it and decided I don't want a chronograph...have no use for it.

Do like trad watches with little dials though, would like one that shows day of week and 24 hour time, perhaps.

I don't use the chrono except at the race track but love the complexity of the look. Date is valuable to have -if I could read it! Since digital went bye bye I haven't known what day of the month it is.

 

Try search engines like google.com where you will find lots of websites for carbon watches. Numerous sites are there offering watches with great discounts and deals. Also you will get the idea about latest and fashionable watches which suits you more.
