I was wondering what you think are some good roads or routes up through the Adelaide hills. SFRers, what have been your experiences?

I'm thinking about going on a little drive this weekend.

Perhaps if you have to ask, you don't understand. Grab a map, get on the road, but don't tell of the secrets.

Exactly! If I were them, I wouldn't publicly post the routes either!

Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer. Pick up a map and look for the squiggly bits. It ain't brain surgery, you know.

    what did you expect ??????????

"well the sfr use hwy 101 blah blah blah " ....thank you say the HWP wankers and lie in ambush.

I've got some great roads I drive on here but am hardly likely to list them on a public forum

And for RMV: PMing ain't brain surgery either, 'you know'!

My apologies, I didn't see the bit where you posted 'PM me' in your original post.

In fact, why didn't you PM the people involved, instead of starting this thread???

    EDIT: what JM said! :D

Because it's quicker to post one thread than send 5 different PMs.

FYI, as a subscribed user, you can send PMs to a number of users at the same time. As Silver, I can send one PM to five members simultaneously. As Rossa, I'm guessing you could send a PM to at least five users; perhaps even more.

    Please, let this thread die.

I don't have to. You made a great contribution to its death as it is.

BTW: Thanks for the info on PMing.

I cant remember the name of the road but it was next to a river and on the way to "The worlds Biggest Rocking Horse", we took it for the vineyard tour(last month) and it was very winding and perfect for a sunday drive :)

ya didn't think to ask earlier than 10am on a saturday? it's been a beautiful day here in Sadelaide - way too nice for sitting in front of a PC. my advice though is to look at the classic adelaide site and see if you can download some of the route maps. no secrets revealed there. :)
