Good Ferrari spots in Pittsburgh?

My ex-girlfriend went to Pitt and on numerous visits I would stop by Auto Palace to check out the Ferraris and Lambos. Not an authorized dealer, but usually had several on hand. If I remember correctly, they're located on Forbes Ave. just outside Shady Side (a suburb of P,burg). Used to be a dude named Woody that worked there and would talk exotics until he was blue in the face or ran out of coffee, whichever came first. He liked my GTB QV and always kidded me about trading up to the big leagues once my girl graduated and started supporting me properly. Cool guy, he's probably still around, which is more than I can say for the girl I was dating at the time. NEXT.....

Wow, I really wish I would have posted this exact question a week ago. I was just out in Pittsburgh to visit my ex/future prospect (goes to CMU). I think I have another excuse to go out.... excellent.

Oh and impala... if you are looking for some great chinese, china palace on walnut street in shadyside is wonderful. My favorites are pork and vegetable dumplings to start(seperate on the menu but can be had as a combo if asked) and the sizzling trio in the chef's sauce.

Also, just in case your sister has any friends, monterrey bay (upscale to fine-dining) and the tin angel (fine-dining) on Mt. Washington should impress. Fantastically fresh seafood is the specialty at monterrey in a tropical themed environment, and the tin angel offers a broader spectrum of delicious options (every dinner is served by a very unique vegetable boat). Both offer incredible views of the city and the three rivers by towering above them, however monterrey bay does one-up the angel by its location. The restaurant occupies the top level of the largest building on Mt. Washington, complete with a glass elevator that faces toward the beautiful skyline.

Yeah, that's the place. It's been a few years since I was out there. I see they're an authorized P dealer now. Cool. Baum Blvd. is the road. I was wrong when I stated Forbes last night.

I did get to go by exoticar, but all I saw in a quick glance was the red mercedes SL500 which wasn't really worth stopping for. I really wish now that I would have stopped there though. Now thats two destinations for the next trip. Thanks guys.

Just noticed you're from Lancaster. I live in York and occassionally come across the river to see a show at The Chamelion. Cool club!

The 288gto was in the display area for a long time. It's probably still there.

The place is right on Baum Blvd.

It's kind of hard to describe how ot get there. If I were you I'd call the papa johns next door and get directions as Pizza guys tend to be know the names of all the streets and not the typical Pittsburgh directions that seem to revolve around gas stations and bombed out churches.
