    Hey everyone,
I need to help out a relative. He bought himself a Navigon 2100t from Staples for 99$, and it sucks. Almost a 2 second delay when you press a button, but it did include free lifetime traffic. Me and him used it on a trip, and it routed us, and told us, that we had arrived, even though the destination was over 30 miles away. After that, I fired up my Nokia N95 with built-in GPS, and just used that for the rest of the trip.

He now wants to return that, and wants a new one.

What's a good one out there? I've always thought Tomtom or Garmin, were the best.

I've found this Tomtom ONE LE, for 139.99 @ Best Buy. ANy good?

I want to get a Tom Tom one. The prices are great on them now.

Do you guys think they will drop more after Christmas? I don't want to wait too long and have them not being sold anymore.

I just saw an ad for the Navigon 7100 yesterday and thought it looked good. I guess I'll reconsider...........

I just bought the Garmin Nuvi 200 for 185 from Circuit City (after making tem match Sam's). Seems like a good unit so far.

I saw a Garmin at WalleyWorld tonight for $160. Almost grabbed it but it was kind of thick and I think I'd like one of those thinner ones.

Tom Tom One is good. I have one and never experienced any problems with it either.

My friend has that exact one and loves it. I want to check it out before I buy it. It doesn't name the streets when telling you to turn, eg it says 'make next left' instead of 'make next left on to main street'.

I might pay more for a Garmin Nuvi 350, but haven't decided yet.
