That ferrari is a trully masterpiece, it should have won the 74 title, in fact both car and driver should, they are both work of arts!

Ferrari blew it late in the season. Lauda took himself out of contention in Canada, and Regga was never in the hunt at Watkins Glen. Emmo won on consistency.

Yap, Ferrari lost a lot of championsihps it shouldn't, 74 was one of them, the car was the best, but had some reliability issues...something they fixed in the next year...

Spectacular footage. But very unfair: With such a big rear wing, nobody can pass!

I think that is perfectly said! I agree!

I also loved seeing Charles and Max paying tribute to the forebearers.

The dominant ideology has decreed that the automobile is harmful and even its representatives of the sporting power must do penance by promoting annoying and unnatural sporting regulations.
They will inevitably fail by betraying the deep nature of this passion.
    Only a matter of time..

Actually yes, standing at the bar having a beer next to Lord Hesketh the night before the GP. He was sh*tfaced.

Today it's the fragile and shattering carbon fibre that stops races for half an hour.

Another good thing. We get to see a do-over and restart. The best part of a race anyway.

Fantastic footage onboard with Jean-Denis Delétraz in James Hunt's 1974 Hesketh at Monaco last weekend.

Pretty cool. Reminded me of the game "Grand Prix Legends". Also goes to show that even with older and much smaller cars passing in Monaco is close to impossible. He manages to snatch up a few sleepy heads at the start but thereafter it becomes a procession.

A battle scar to a handsome face. That race should increase its value, holding off a newer car until being speared from the win. Noble wounds.

Did all the other runners have Michelin tires and refused to race? :p
