Sounds like a very good price, although you didn't mention whether it has had a recent major. Since you mention the warranty, I assume that the deal is through an authorized Ferrari dealer. Would you mind sharing which one?

An excellent price! Making me wonder,
however, if there are any issues with this
575M Maranello not mentioned in your thread.

I'd say that's sounds to good to be true thats below that dealers a buying these cars for, plus the warranty costs them between 2 and 3K. Sounds a bit off to me.

I am agreeing with everyone this morning.
Must be the nice weather here in the Northeast
    U.S.
1.) Sounds too good to be true (the price of
    this 575M).

    2.) I am a manual-shifter, truly, and would be
prone to miss it if behind the wheel of an F1 paddle,
    methinks.

Neal, you want to send some of that good weather down here, we have not had any this week. I gear shift man myself, but I a like the F1 in my 575, but then I do still have a gear shift at home.

he told me the car is perfect,no issues....this is an authorized ferrari dealership out west....he was told the dealership was selling him the car for 5k over what they paid in trade in.....he has bought cars from them in the past and serviced his 512tr there....i will check with him to give the name fo dealership after the deal is finalized , possibly today...he wanted the f1 for something different from his 512tr and the car may get 8-10k miles a year as a daily driver....i know the 360 and 355 market well but not the 550 575 so i wasnt aware that this is good price..thanks for theimput

Agree. At 164K that's about what dealers are paying for an '02 575 w/4K miles. I believe a '03 w/10K would fetch at least 175+ from a dealer.

wow, are you sure drew....if thats the case, then he got a hell of a deal....he told me the car was listed at 185k on the window....he also said that his sale person, who he has dealt with for over 10 years showed in buy and sell invoices from recent 550 and 575s and that the dealer usually only made 5k on each transaction...this seems very low to me....i would think a large f car dealership would like to make at least 10k per car if not a little more...i know that some car broker will find a car for you for 5k but they dont haave any overhead....
