I found a couple threads where members had replaced the radiator fans on their 308s with two Hayden or SPAL 12 inch fans. So I looked around on the internet and found a dual fan kit from Hayden (part number 3800) that sells for $200. But then I found single Hayden 12" fans on ebay for $25 each. Is there any reason these fans can not be be adapted to a Ferrari 308? They sure are priced right!

Make sure the current draw of the new fan motors is within the operating specs of the circuit they are wired on, or make the necessary accomodations.

The original fans are each on their own 16 amp circuit. These fans draw less than 9 amps each so they are well within the limit of the existing wiring.

Good info. I think the originals are very closely matched by the aux fans on 80-ies Jaguars, but you don't want to price those ei the dealer either. For now, mine are working fine (knock on wood)
