Hey, my girlfriend's birthday is in a couple of weeks. Can you guys recommend a very nice luxury restaurant that I could take her to. Is there anywhere fun around? I want to do something special but can't really find anywhere. My girlfriend always wanted to play with dolphins lol but I tried calling the inner harbor aquarium and they said they do not allow people visting the dolphins. Anyone have any ideas?

There is a really nice restaurant in Hunt Valley MD called the Oregon Grille. My uncle and aunt drive from the lower Eastern shore to eat at this place. A little hard to find, kinda in the country, but well worth the drive. Ranging from $30-$320, great place to go. Phone: 410-771-0505

If she likes Greek, there is Opa in downtown, nest to Canton. Kinda hard to find parking sometimes if you hate others driving your car, but there is a valet as well if you want to go that route. Plus, there is a good nightlife right around the corner, maybe 1/4 mi walk along the bay.

Try Citronelle in Georgetown. Michel Richard is quite a character and even cooked for Renault, Peugeot, etc. at the Long Beach GP in the 80's.

If you want Italian, I can recommend several restaurants in Little Italy. Each has their own ambiance/specialty dish, etc. My favorites include Aldo's, Boccaccio's,Chiaparelli's and La Scala.

Plus your close enough to take a dip in the national aquarium!

    Ciao!

Here's one I've used before in Baltimore...spend the afternoon at the aquarium, dinner at Pisces (on top of the Hyatt...awesome city and water views) followed by dessert at Vacaro's in Little Italy. Pisces is located in a hotel, but the seafood is really good. (Yeah, make sure you don't mind eating Nemo after you've just visited him) The crab bisque is awesome!

Try the melting pot for a good long fun dinner. It is a fondue place and the food is actually really good. One in Rockville and one in Columbia.

Also the Rusty Scupper has quality food, and a good view from across the harbor. We dock the boats there in the summer and go up to the 3rd floor portion. Its very nice, mediumto high in price but very good,

One of the sponsers of Team Lexus is Little Havanna in Baltimore. Chuck holds the team holiday party there evey year and the food is AWESOME, authentic cuban cuisine...good luck and enjoy it!
