Can anyone recommend a good tint shop in NYC? Looking to get the 997S tinted up and trying to find a quality shop in the city...

    Any help is greatly appreciated...

    In NYC?

http://www.technik1.com I'm pretty sure they still do tints. I've done 3 or 4 cars with Gus over the years...

If you're in the 'burbs, you've got more options...

+1 Gus and Angelo are great they do very good work, A+ highly recommended, they did work on 2 of my Porsche's and on my Ferrari.
they also do a ton of work for Manhatten Motor Cars.

Thanks guys! Going to go with Angelo for this one. Seems to do great work and is easy to drop off the car on the way to work and pick it up for the ride home...

    Thanks again!

To correct Mr. Joe We do all the tint for manhattan motorcars - and Tom Kovach is one of my outbound tinters - he does the road work for my shop on weekdays and is in the Brooklyn location tinting on Saturdays... Harry - 212 Motoring

So, how does it work if I drive into the city and park in a garage? Do the tinters come to the lot or???

Yeah, they wander the streets. Remember how homeless guys used to squeegee your window? Now we have tinters. :)

If you get an appointment with Gus at technik1, you go to his shop.

My guy won't tint in a garage like that - to much dust/dirt - I might be able to arrange it getting done at MMC
