After a lot of hmmming had hawwwwing, I have finally decided to part ways with my 308. I have lusted after a yellow 308 since I was a young kid and there was one in my neighborhood growing up. The sightings were rare but left a lasting impression.

I think I'll be ok when my 08 superleggera shows up from Cats.

Jonathan was fantastic to work with and the whole process was very smooth.

Excellent! Is it true that first gen Superleggera is rarest and most appreciated that the second?

    Enjoy it in good health.

    Thanks for your business Dave..

Your SL loads on Thursday via PlyCar and then en-route to you. Enjoy it at speed!

Your trade in's arrive here Saturday. We will be off to Monterrey week, so may be a week or longer prior to getting them up on the site for sale. Anyone with interest, feel free to contact me for a pre-sale.

    I'd take the 308.

  6. That looks like a sweet GTB. I like the body style better than the GTSI, but both are beautiful designs. Congratulations on the Superleggera!

It's amazing that today's market allows one to trade a 308 for a SL :-0

    Congrats. on your new baby.

The 308, like the Countach were iconic cars for their time.

The SL is going to absolutely knock your socks off though.

The car does so many things extremely well that you will be in awe from the first time you take it out.

The only cautionary note I would have is to watch the brake pedal modulation. It can be a little tricky at first and may initially feel more like an on-off switch than a brake pedal. With practice, and a delicate touch, you will look like a pro in no time.

I see a bit of LP on the front of that SL. A popular mod with the older Gallardos but I've never seen that on a Superleggera.
    Congrats!

Yes, it is amazing....such is the old car market.
It is similarly amazing you can trade an old 0-60 mph in 12 seconds Porsche 356 Speedster for a brand new Porsche 911 Turbo 0-60 mph in under 3 seconds, and still have over 50 grand left over! Has the car world gone mad????

And now that the superleggera has reached the bottom of its depreciation curve, you may find that the lambo was a wise investment as well! Surely a future classic of the highest order. When you think about the prices of gt3 RS's and Stradale's the superleggera looks like a bargain!
