    I know this is a long shot, but are any FChatters going to be at the Goodyear tire plant car show in Gadsden AL tomorrow (6/24) ?

    Didn't know there was such a thing. As it is, I'm covered up and couldn't go anyway. Is this an annual event? If so, let's stir up some interest next year earlier than the day before. The Alabama Ferrari Presence needs to be there!

    Sorry for not getting back to you earlier, been at the races. You guys have *got* to come to the dirt track sometime if you have never been. Bring a pistol (just kidding).

    The show was annual until 1999 then cancelled, they started it back again in 2004. Its supposed to be annual, but I guess they decide year to year. There were 250 vehicles there last year, they are hoping for more this time. I have never been, but I think its mainly cruise-in type cars.

    Its 9am until 2pm Sat 6/24. The Goodyear plant is on Meighan Blvd, south of the city. If you are coming from Bham, take the 182 exit and run 759 all the way until it ends, turn left, go to the 3rd light (I think), turn right on S Meighan (also called HWY 431). The Goodyear plant is about a mile and on the left. It is impossible to miss it.

    I'll try to remind everyone next year. I found out about it Thursday. I'll post pics if anyone wants to see.
