Before anyone starts in with "Google is your friend"...I've already tried searching for answers, but without any luck. All the search results drone on about recovering your account after a hacker has taken it over or you've lost / forgot your pass word. None of that applies in this case.

    Facts:

Our company e-mail system is a Google g-mail based system. "myname@XYZcompany"
    I also have a personal g-mail account.

Our 12 year old+ website needed a "face-lift". Owner hires a guy to re-design our website.

While trying to "transfer" our company e-mail accounts, said web designer apparently gave zero thought to what would happen when he just blindly transferred the accounts to the different IP, server, domain, whatever-he-was-doing...

At first, all the e-mail sent to each of us was going into HIS e-mail inbox (opps!), but whatever he did to cure that, caused each of us to get a "Your account has been disabled by Google" message, as pasted below.

Does anyone have any clue how to un-do something like this?

    Thank you in advance.

    Account has been disabled
If you've been redirected to this page from the sign-in page, it means that access to your Google Account has been disabled.
In most cases, accounts are disabled if we believe you have violated either the Google Terms of Service, product-specific Terms of Service (available on the product page), or product-specific policies. Your account has not been deleted, your data is still intact, and it might be possible to regain access to your account.

    Why Google disables accounts

Google wants to ensure that everyone has a chance to safely and securely connect and communicate. To help preserve this environment, Google reserves the right to:

Suspend a Google Account from using a particular product or the entire Google Accounts system if there is a violation of the Google Terms of Service, product-specific Terms of Service (available on the product page), or product-specific policies.
Terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
    Next steps for disabled accounts

Please start by reviewing the relevant Terms of Service. Then, if you think your account should not have been disabled, please contact us.

This is not a case of forgotten password or hacked account.

Even somehow getting Google to merge ALL the files, saved e-mails, and contact list into my existing g-mail account would be awesome, but I cannot find jack-squat of information out there....

    Best I could find...sorta.

How to Successfully Recover a Disabled Gmail Account

Has ANYONE else run into a snafu like this before...what happened, and what did you do?

FYI: while he finishes things up, they currently have a "band-aide" fix for now...routed our e-mails into a "Roundcube" hosting account...but I still NEED all the saved e-mails & files under my old address in Google...that I cannot log into.

Do you have any computer with mail program that was storing messages locally? By default mac mail with both imap and pop downloads all messages. Hard to understand what was done to get acct disabled, need more info. They wont re-enable account if its not fixed...
