I haven’t seen this posted here yet. If it’s a duplicate let me know. Gordon Ramsey takes all his cars to the track and includes his 355. Just a couple glances of it in the video. It sounds pretty good as it passes the camera.
Yes I saw this and loved it, he has all the latest and greatest and still keeps the 355 in the mix. Looks like it has an odd spec too, yellow on Bordeaux with carbon race seats.
He was 28 years old when the 355 was announced so I would imagine it was an aspirational car for him at the time. Understandable even though it stands out as a relic compared to the rest of his fleet. I've driven lots of cars that perform significantly better than the 355 but I still find myself hunting for another one randomly.
I think everyone has driven cars significantly better than a 355. The 355 these days does not seek to be a better car, but it was one of the supercars back in its day. Today it is what it is.
