That includes airfare, hotel, meals and a chance to exercise some really nice cars around Beaver Run Penn. The stable includes DB9, F430, Porsche Turbo, SL5AMG, Gallardo. 15 drivers per day and they already have 2 days booked. Check it out at www.supercarlife.com.

someone should proofread their site. At least get the name of the track right:)

How does "The objective is to ensure that you get at least 20 minutes of drive time in each marque, for a total around two hours of driving. That equates to approximately 50 laps per car" that work? 20 mins in each of 5 cars is 100 mins. Even at a total of 2 hours of driving its 120 mins. Thats means at about 1:30 per lap, its 80 laps. Thats 16 laps per car.

also, 5g's seems like alot of money for one day of driving.

I saw this one in Dupont Registry. It seemed interesting but I wondered about an accident. Going 150+ MPH on a track is not necessarily a good thing, especially when many of the people do not drive that fast on a regular basis or know how to handle these cars.

"There are no open laps without instruction" which means you are following an instructor or one is riding with you.

i would personally rather do the gotham dream car tour, even regardless of the MASSIVE price difference.

money's not a problem but my parents suck for waiting so long to have a kid, i hope gotham does something like this again when im of age :(

That I knew of but at 100+, an instuctor in the passenger seat is not going to help much, especially if the driver looses control and freezes up like many.

    Heh...these guys crack me up...

They put up a HUGE stink about our being co-sponsors of the Palm Beach Supercar weekend because they feel we're competitors to them....(even though our Dream Car Tour has nothing to do with a racetrack, airfare, hotels, etc.). Maybe the $4105 price difference bothers them? ;)

Whatever -- I think they've got a great, if not slightly overpriced, idea...I'd love to be able to spend some real track time with some of these exotics...

i posted about this group few weeks ago after seeing ad in autoweek. spoke to one of the owners. its total turnkey event. they pick you up at airport, room, board, etc included. offer 5 cars for 20 min each should be enough for one day. price is very high but in line with the f1 car program held in las vegas

my concerns are i dont know track so dont want to waste time learning it on this event and that rain could ruin it.

that's because you have to face the truth, evo is no exotic, it's a Mitsubishi.

Evo is a great car great handling and speed but not even close to an exotic.
    evo 8 vs lambo

i really wish they would have brought that version of the 8 and its younger brother of the 9 over to the states but it never got certified:( The evo is a great car yes, but an exotic no. That evo though I would classify as an exotic, its one step up from the MR and they dont make very many of them.

P.S. in my opinion the make of a car has nothing to do with being exotic. Just cause its a mitsu doesnt mean it cant be exotic. Case in point, nissan skyline GTR:)
