    I was doing 80 (along with everyone else).. CHP didn't give a **** and just wrote a ticket.

    Just a clarification, the state gets nothing out of this. The city cited in and the county and the courts will get the money.CHP gets nil. Taxes pay for the guys that do not hand out ****. ;) Just an FYI.
