54 instead of 40.. I have 3 options from what i understood: Online school Court Pay up Is this correct or do i have to pay eitherway the 75$ ? If yes, i guess i cant send cash ?
Online School - Will cost you about $110 or so total. Upon completion you'll be on supervision. I think it's a year supervision now. Court - Will cost you your time and a fine of $50-$100 usually. You'll also be given supervision between 6 months and a year. Pay - Will cost you $75 and 1 point off you driving record. If you get 3 in a 360 day period your license gets suspended for either 3 or 6 months, I can't remember. I think the easiest way is online school but you may far better going to court.
Go to court with a lawyer, spend a few bucks,no record, just short supervision. In your case you can get it with no lawyer present, since you have no prior record and you can claim being new here, still learning the way people crawl (they call it driving) here.
Wow, 9 months...I couldn't imagine not being able to drive for nine months. If timed right, or wrong, you could miss an entire season.
What the hell you get points in Illinois? When did this start? I haven't gotten a ticket in awhile, I was hoping to get one soon.....Or atleast I've been driving like I do.
Take the on-line school; you'll finish it in about half an hour and you'll get supervision. Never heard of getting points in IL.
Yeah, there aren't points but if you get three movers in one year you get suspended. Sounds like the California 3 time loser rule to me!
