Tim, what years does your F1 World Champion plate on the dash list? (Have they added 2003 yet?)
Very nice Tim. I really like the color combo of the interior. Speeking of your challenge car. Did you ever get your part back that you and your mechanic found out was missing, when you were out at Buttonwillow last year? That and, I saw one of the rigs you make on the freeway out here. Hope to see you in So Cali again.
Hi Ernie: no I didnt get that part. found out it was located in another place from 2002 year cars and on.
Oh man, I hope you didn't make a big scene about it. How embarassing would that have been to find out that it was there all along. Glad to hear it all worked out.
Ernie- didnt make a scene but glad I found out. the car is in my other garage which I am not going to until monday. will try and remember to look at the FIA plate for you. sorry I dont like to share my VIN numbers. kinda like to keep things as low key as possible. if thats possible with f cars.
Nice one Tim. I like the more aggressive exterior of the car, especially the front air dam and the higher duck tail like back lid. Yours look great. Congrat.
Very tasty indeed. Particlarly that alcantara interior, LEATHER IN A SPORTSCAR IS JUST WRONG! Unless you have racing seats youll be sliding around like crazy. Good choice, have fun!
Tim, you have WAY too many cool toys! Congrats on the new car. It sounds like you're keeping your challenge car?
Tim, congratulations...! Awesome car, the pictures look great...! Black would've been my choice, too (although, i would've gotten the stripe, but...) You're not going to track it...? Not even once to see what it's like...? i love the grille on the back of the car with the silver prancing horse and the elegant lettering "Challenge Stradale"... Awesome.. Congratulations...
Tim, thanks for the great thread, you've answered what i've wanted to know about the stradale: the F1, and how it differs from the regular street car. i have an 01 360, and i liked the trans on my 355 F1 spider better. congrats on a beautiful car.
