    Heres the deal... Me and my dad are cruising around in the Ferrari. Blah blah blah... We're done driving, we turn around and someone in an SUV flashes their lights at us. Well, we slowed down and saw a cop sitting on the side of the road. We go by, he comes out, his lights come on. He pulls us over and tells us that his little partner over at the police station in the center of town SAW us going at a high rate of speed. No radar gun, nothing. Now some OTHER guys pulls us over and gives us a ticket for what is buddy saw. 1st) We werent even speeding (center of town... why would we?) 2nd) He doesnt even have proof. So the ticket to what he calls our "Ferr Sedan" says 50 in a 30 for $200. Isnt that also kinda sketchy? 200 bucks just for that? Oh well... We're going to court to fight it. Theres no way they can justify it can they?

    First question:
    Did you actually see the car speeding or is it on hearsay from the other officer as you mentioned to the two occupants when you stopped them?


    Court is court so .... good luck in any event.

    Hearsay. Case dismissed.

    They NEED proof of speed and seems there is none. No proof = case dismissed. Add to that BOTH officers MUST show in court. If only the ticketing officer shows in court it is lack of evidence (hearsay) and ask for the case to be dismissed.

    DO NOT TAKE THIS SITTING DOWN!

    No substantial proof - Case dismissed!

    Most cops are really great while others can be real jerks.... Either way, sorry that you have to be inconvenienced by a day in court!
