    I am looking for about 10K square feet of inexpensive warehouse space, and have been finding either 5K or 15K feet. (or a bazillion feet)

    So,

    If you have 10k of space to rent, I would be interested.
    or
    If you need 5K of space, we may be able to work a deal with a sublease.

    Any budget constraints? Morris county is expensive, but if you get far back enough in the woods you can get some cheap space.

    Look into Hamilton Business Park in Dover. Moss motors used to be there and there might be some open space.

    Driving Impressions is in that development.

    I drove by there this morning. Did not look like that had any openings.

    The area is good enough for what I need to do, I have a lead on some properties in Dover.
    Cheap is the operative word.
