Got the wheel the July 2nd but with the grandkids and the 4th did not get to set it up till the 7th and the wheel is well made.
Only 1 problem Ferrari store sent me a European power supply.
I emailed both Ferrari Store and Thrustmaster and tried Radio Shack for a power supply.
Both emails are unanswered and Radio Shack don't have power supply's that put out 20 volts plus the power supply does not indicate if it is ac or dc out and there is no indication of polarty.

At least it works without ForceFeedback lacking the Power Supply.

I was thinking I could get a converter so that I could use the Power Supply on US, I know it would not be a simple plug sut something to step up the voltage from 110 to 250 don't know if you can do that.

In any case it is a nice wheel, well made with metal paddle shifters. The Start functions like a 'hat' or 'D' pad. The ride selector switches buttons. I have not got into that yet.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Stephen

    Hi there.

I saw no one answered to your email concerning the Thrustmaster F430 FFB wheel.

I think it would be a good idea to contact directly the wheel's manufacturer, Thrustmaster that is.

Here is their technical support website:

    http://ts.thrustmaster.com/eng/index.php

You will need to create an account there and send them an email, they will certainly answer to your request in no time.

    Hope this info will help.

This morning Thrustmaster responded and apologized fornot getting back to me quickly. They requested a copy of my invoice from FerrariStore and they will replace it.
On the 6th I had created an account and requested help.
I still have to get a reply from FerrariStore. They are the one's who should replace it.
    Thrustmaster is stepping up.
