Got to sit in the Maser MC12--Enzo's nicer

I was up at FNA and they had the cars in between autoshows and I was able to really get my hands around the MC12. First, that car is gigantic. It was next to the Quatroporte and made the sedan look tiny. I have to say the enzo is a much nicer car. having sat in the enzo as well, the MC12 is really boring inside. The enzo has the cool steering wheel, info screen, and a back window. The mc12 just has a black wall behind you. Same rubber floor mats over the carbon fiber pan and the seats seem similar as well.

I also sat in a GS coupe for the first time, and although I loved it, I always thought the dash was carbon fiber but to my surprise it is fabric. Not sure how that will last in the long run. they also had a blue gs spyder which looked nice. The carbon fiber humps behind the roll bars actually have the color of the car woven into them. Pretty neat.

Did I mention the MC12 was freakin gigantic.......

 

Dude, MC-12 is the ultimate. I got a seat in the stand at Detroit. Awesome. Just awesome...

As I was just saying to someone not 2 minutes ago:

The 996 is much more comfy than the 993, but the 993 is a much better car to drive...

Emil, are you going to be at the press days for the NY Show. I just got my confirmation. I will probably be there both days. I'll buy you a free drink from at the Mercedes stand.....
