I for one am happy to be one of those Bronzino Mediterranean Sea Bass things. As long as I can still be one and eat one at the same time! after reading 2 more pages of responses, I would also like to add that the MAIN REASON for my liking to get bottle service at clubs is: You do not have to wait in line to order drinks at the damn bar. Time is money and if i want to party without wasting time, the way to do it is by getting a bottle at your own table. At the 'in' clubs, sometimes it gets sooo packed that when u want to buy drinks at the bar, you will have to wait 15 minutes just to get them. Plus, ordering a bottle of Grey Goose for $350-500 costs the same amount as ordering the same amount of shots of vodka from the bar OR even LESS! However, if you dont drink that much, it might be more cost effective for that person to buy separate drinks at the bar.

One side of the spectrum===Girls who get in for free and drink for free other side===gangs of guys who blow $1g to be near the above Second, the black amex, actually called the Centurion, can't get you any tough reservations at restaurants or tough tickets to shows. Forget it. They have an OK travel desk and that is about it. Otherwise, you are paying for card that is painted black.

true...the black card concierge has no luck getting u tables at the hottest restaurants in nyc....i know from experience. BUT there are many other perks if u travel a lot too card is worth the money if u know how to use it right 2 years ago, i tried calling them to see if they could get me a 360M '04 at dealer cost RIGHT NOW, but they couldnt. it was worth a shot
