GP2 -Belgium GP- **Spoiler Warning**

Anybody watched the race this morning?

On the last lap Kovalainen caught up with Lauda who was in the all important 8th position. But Kovalainen and Lauda touched at ***nes the last lap and Carroll took the 8th stop. 8th position would have meant pole position for race#2 tomorrow. Damn..
Kovalainen could have won it but it started to rain and he made a late pit stop. Piquet, Viso and Rosberg were catching him.
Kovalainen retired while Rosberg finished 3rd to take the championship lead.

There is a battle for 1st and another battle for 3rd.

 

The GP2 races on Sunday have been a great show- often better then F1.

Maybe next year the Satuday races will be carried on Speed.

 

Gotta agree. I love watching GP2. There is always action. I love it!
