    Hi,
anybody knows what kind of GPS I could mount in a 512 TR?
I would like a Unit that comes integrated in a radio, so that I kind have it hidden when I don't use it.. The problem comes from the flip down cover from the dash board: it prevents the screen to unfold...
    Any suggestions?
    Thank you very much

Pioneer AVIC-1 or the new AVIC-2. Use the AVIC-1 in the 308 and it offers:

    AM/FM
    GPS
    CD
    MP3
    DVD-Video
LOTS OF other things and Vehicle Dynamincs analysis :)

Hey, thanks for your quick answer.
Is there a flip dpwn dshbord in the 308 as well?
If yes, it does not prevent the screen to unfold?
    Thanks again

Just becarful of some of the units out there. Some of them require a vehical speed sensor to be spliced into exsisting wiring. I'm not sure if the older TR sensor with give out the same signal as would be required by the newer GPS units. It may be too high of a voltage output for the unit to handle.

Also there are some cheap-o units out there that will get you more lost then found. Buy a good brand name unit and you will get where you want to go without issues.
