I was playing Gran Turismo 4 last night and I got what I think is a great idea. To expand on the racing series they should have a game just like the Gran Turismo series but instead of cars, they should have motorcycles. You would have your American bikes, and your Italian bikes and your Japanese bikes and have a bunch of different tracks and licenses and Arcade mode and Simulation mode and the like. So basically you take the Gran Turismo game and replace the cars with bikes. Its just a (I think a good) idea but you never know.

Much more difficult. Because on a bike, your body movements alter the behavior of the bike.
And you never actually steer. You're always counter-steering, which makes most games un-realistic.
You'd need controls for separate brakes, steering (which is un-realistic anyways) and body movement of the rider.

Pretty tough to replicate, if you ask me...

Z0RR0, see the MotoGP series. Hard as feck at first, but you get used to controlling the rider and bike. Yes, it has separate brakes too (front and rear)

I don't think anyone has played MotoGP 3 here before... it comes out in a few months. ;)

However, the MotoGP series is fantastic. MGP2 came out a little over a year ago I believe, and it's really an awesome game.

To stay true to the GT formula you would have to start the game with motorised bycicles then after a heck of a lot of tests move on to mopeds.
