    For all you folks who love this game series and have a PS3 - Go to the online Playstation store from your PS3 and download the demo - it's only available for a limited time. You won't be disappointed. You will definitely enjoy driving the 599 GTB in the game.

    A Christmas present from the folks at Sony...

    just yesterday I was in a store looking for a reason to look for/buy a PS3....... and now I got one. I have GT4 for PS2 and thats the only game I like. I'm teaching my (almost) 4 yr old to brake before a turn and get on the gas after the Apex of the turn LOL haha........ he wins most of the time, or else he cries for me to slow down and if I don't then the wife gets involved why is her bubala is crying..... and as soon as I let him pass me, tears go away and he tells me, "I'll win, you'll never win, NEVER !!!" haha lololo

    Good man, Ed...Start 'em young. That way, you won't have to worry so much when he asks you to borrow your 2019 C9 Vette when he gets his license.

    My 4 year old daughter hasn't gotten that far on driving theory in the game - but she sure enjoys making the cars do donuts...

    They finally licensed Ferrari's for the game...There is a 599GTB in the game as well as a 'tuner' version of it.

    This is just a demo - they actually scrapped plans for the full game of Gran Turismo HD and will be releasing Gran Turismo 5 late next year instead. I believe they also licensed Lamborghini's for GT5 as well...

    Just got some 'inside' information that they're aiming to release the next Gran Turismo for/during the holidays next year, but they're yet to hit any self-imposed dead line, so who knows..

    yes yes if its true about the ferrari appearing in a gran turismo then i will just have to state its about time, thanx for the info now i can go get it soon and see what they sound like in game!!!

    Sweet. I recently bought the Bf a 360 so he can whup our buddies butts even harder. The ultimate sacrifice for me...giving money to microsoft. >.< lol

    I still have the trusty ps2 for me. The GT series is the reason I bought it :) Maybe I'll jump on the PS3 sometime this year.

    Project Gotham 3 is the only decent car game for the 360 so far, as far as driving dynamics go (I have almost all the others). Forza 2 comes out in a few months and that should be pretty sweet, bc the regular Xbox version is really sweet. The driving dynamics on the PS2 for the driving games never matched up, although the graphics always did.

    What I wanna know is WHEN are they going to come out with a realistic game where you can drive regular cars (Ferraris, Lambos, Porsches, Vettes, etc) on ALL of the Grand Prix tracks so we can get some real racing in?

    I even have the wheel and there's no force feedback. Major blunder on Sony's behalf, IMO!!!

    Looks like Forza 2 (release May 2007) for the Xbox360 is all we're going to get for a while... Gran Turismo 5 isn't going to be out for a long time (2008 hopefully)...Gran Turismo HD is just a teaser to hold people over.
