    I remember seeing the proposal for this some time ago, didn't think it would get approved.

    About an hour from the 2 tracks with condos at New Jersey Motorsports Park.

    What ever happened to the buildings under construction for the Hoboken F1 race that never happened. I remembered driving the course when my kids lived up there. The paddock building was well along the way at that time. Who took the hit on this one?
