grand prix speedways

just got back from an fca meet there, right at 70 and earth city expwy. not what i expected, but a whole lot more fun! even though i came in last in both races (i just couldn't get ahold of those turbos) it was quite an experience! i look forward to going back again (now that i have a little bit of experience )

 

bump, anyone heard if they are actually closing? i hear they defaulted on some of their loans, any news?

 

Hadn't hear this. I've been there a couple of times but not actually raced. I hope they don't close before I get a chance to race. I've heard it's a blast.

Well it saddens me to have to tell you (if you have not already heard) that we will be closing the doors to GPS on 12/23 and ending operations. Jack’s attempt to buy the assets and open back up was not successful so we will stay open for a couple more weeks and then the place will be on the auction block.

Thanks for all your help and assistance over the last couple of years with leagues and getting us more customers.

Just wanted to let you know ASAP in case you have race credits or wanted to come out and get a few last races in!!

thanks for posting that. it was pretty cool when i went there, definitely a lot more intense then your ordinary run of the mill go carts

 

wow just saw this,what a drag.wonder if they will sell off the karts? i would like to have one or two of them..
