How can I tell if this 1995 456GT is a Gray Market car? CarFax doesn't say anything, but it has limited history and I hear that this can effect value. THANKS

The 8th digit 'A', tells you it is a left hand drive car made for the North American market.

It does not appear to be a grey market car: the A indicates a car produced for the No. American market and the serial # appears to be consistent with the model / year of the car.
