Grease, lube & oil

I wanted to know if there is a cross reference table somewhere (or knowledgable people here willing to share) showing the modern equivalents for the AGIP lubricants specified by Maserati.

I'll be reassembling my transmission shortly, along with the prop shaft and figured I might as well grease the U-joints. I also need to grease the speedometer sending unit, although I don't know what kind of grease would be appropriate. The manual doesn't say anything about it.

Considering all the points lubrication is needed, it would be nice to have an at a glance overview of modern replacements.

Bonus points for recommended oils (I've seen many debates about mineral vs synthetic, depending on engine type & year).
