Just wanted to put the word out there that a very nice Pozzi blue 355 spider could be up for grabs very shortly. I am not the owner but helping the owner spread the word. I have many pics I can email and take specific pics of the car if needed as well. 5,876 miles. And its a manual box. Let me know if anyone is further interested.

    Thanks.

That "very nice Pozzi blue 355 spider" would have been sold over a year and a half ago if the seller were not so greedy to have upped the asking price from its actual advertised price by a healthy amount!

Hmm, well he paid 110 only a about a little over a year ago. SO I guess he would like to get some if not most of the investment back.

Maybe HE should subscribe and put the car in Ferrariads.com like others do, and NOT start a thread that is essentially a "for sale".

I think 355's are depreciating faster than that. That price is almost 360 territory.

That's a pretty common mistake people make when selling cars. What your customer paid for the car has absolutely no bearing on it's current value on the open market.

He must not of been informed of the current market. Even a year ago the 355 was 15K lower in price than that. I wish him luck, but to sale it at current market value he is going to take a MAJOR loss...

That said, premium cars bring premium money, so I wouldn't lop $20K off the price.

I have seen those fiorano oportunities as well. As bullfighter said above, the better the car the better the price

What distinquishes the better cars from say the average ones? Mileage, general condition? This car is in excellent shape. I do agree though that he probably paid to much last year. I believe this was his first Ferrari so he may of not been up on the prices and such then.

Fiorana highest, 1999 next. Spider and GTS > berlinetta. F1 gets more money than manual (but many like the manual). 1995 takes a big hit. Clean car is not going to get you more money, but a messy car will be unsellable.

Fact is, there are nice 355's in every flavor available at least $20,000 less than your buddy wants. Which means he will have to find someone that has no idea what they are doing.
