non en fait c est la queue du toro, soit disant tres bon, voire exellent!!! prends un restaurant a tapas, il y en a partout d ailleurs pour cela je te conseille les Ramblas dans ces allées il y a de tout.
La queue de boeuf braisée, c'est un délice...ai déjà mangé ca... j'ai reservé un truc qui s'appelle "Bota fumeiro"...c'est bien ?
