thanks for that - was just about to ask since plan to visit.. As well as Nurburgring will want to travel Frankfurt-Munich-Stelvio Pass.. any other great recommendations, car and non-car on that route that are "must see" anyone know of or been?
The Mercedes museum is awesome and in stuttgart. Saw a couple test mules driving around. BMW welt and the museum in munich is another good stop. Cant really say no to seeing an M1 pro car and Mclaren F1 GTR longtail.
+1 on the MBZ museum in Stuttgart. Sinsheim is near Frankfurt and is fantastic. BMW museum is in Munich and also worth a stop. Was there in May, absolutely amazing place. You leave there with a complete sense of appreciation for what goes into these cars.. Best part is when they start some of the displays, the entire place echos with the sound =)
