    Even the location is wrong. Did research years ago, Volos was the best choice as the government was willing to "donate" the land in that resort area.

    I have family there and they tell me this has been trotted out every so often by local government in the hopes of getting at some cash. RP is right, Volos was the only place it could have happened.

    There's no end to the amount of money any government premised on these ideas can spend or borrow, and almost all nations in the West are so premised -- ours included.
