    The top picture is Hypericum ground cover that I planted three summers ago next to my house. The bottom picture is ten year old Hypericum that just speads like weeds. I want to get the cover that I planted three summers ago growing thick as is what is on my patio. The amount of sun both areas get is about the same with 20 minutes of sprinkler watering each day. What should I be doing?

    Not sure why the top picture came out so blury...It looks like I'm growing pot plants!

    I wish I could post my photo of the Weed Rest Stop in northern cali here!!! LOL

    Needless to say I was very disappointed, after hearing so much about the west coast all these years!
