Well, after a three month ban, I am finally able to see the pictures in the bikini thread again.

With the completion of my third year in school, I decided I ought to do something useful with my summer - working long hours, doing menial labor, being the lowest doodie in the dung heap, and not getting paid for it seemed right up my ally. So, off went a congressional intern application, and a few weeks later, voila! My congressman's office gave the green light, and now I get to spend three months in the miserable humid air of DC!

The town is amazing, but the weather truly blows. I'm so used to California's dry heat (I will never take that saying for granted again), and this humidity is, for a wuss like me, unbearable.

Anyhow, nice to be back. I missed you all, as you are all beautiful people, and I hope you never change.

P.S.: I collected nearly $1000 for the Veteran's scholarship. For those that donated, thanks a bunch. You should be getting some sort of paperwork in the mail that you can use to write the donation off. I hope to continue to collect money, as I'd love to keep the scholarship open for a few years, so if you are so inclined, contact me via email ([email protected]) and I can tell you how to donate.

Congrats on the internship. I actually had dinner last night with some coworkers and one of them brought her daughter, who is interning with her rep from PA. She seems to enjoy it, although she did mention the issue of no pay/long hours. I actually work in the CNN building, about 2 blocks up from the Capital, so I see the interns around all the time.. I sure hope you're single ;)

If you need any info on the area or places to go, things to do, just ask..
