Well he is a smart boy -I'm sure setting up his own business, perhaps buying a new factory (tax advantages) and all the benefits that come with running his own business in a better township with family -FAR OUTWAY living in Mt Isa .
You are correct kind sir, definitely wasting my life away out here doing what I'm doing. But it's all good, I will sort it out.
Even if she did, I would still be calling her a pea brain like I do with every phone call I make to her.
YEP, I'm just the dumb guy who worked hard, made correct business calls and retired early .. I'm sorry Jim you are wasting your time out there -Go see a quality Accountant/business manager, come up with a plan and act
Just take some hookers along and a bag of the White Lady, ring the gate bell ,all will come to those whom are corruptable
I must be just as dumb as you then if I can retire early also. We are the last of the dumb ****s. I mentioned it before but, I will work till the day I die, just to keep active/moving and to keep social. A Greek family friend that lives in Brisbane would be 86 this year I reckon and he's still working security in Brisbane in the CBD at the moment on construction sites. I have mentioned him many times before. Works 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off. 12 hour shifts. I said to him years ago, why don't you retire and he said to me (in a big, deep Greek accent) "Dimitri, if I retire what will I do? Sit on the couch and I die" He's right, he wakes up and goes to work and he loves it. He's given me great motivation to do what he's doing at his age, but I will work very casual, 4hrs a day from 10am to 2pm, just to get out of the house basically. He doesn't need the money, but he loves working those big 12hr shifts lol. I won't need the money either, I just want to do it to keep active and social. 10am start will allow me to sleep in if I want and the 2pm finish time will allow me to pick Grandkids up from school if required or I can come home and have an afternoon nap before I enjoy a nice cold one out the back of my waterfront mansion before I invite Klink around to cook up some steak and prawns for dinner on the bbq. Also, working casual means I can tell them I ain't coming in for work etc because ill be going away on holidays with the family or doing the GG 2064 with ya's. I just had an ex-work mate come back to work with us underground, just started back this week. Retired at 60, got bored and returned to work underground now at 66 years old. This line of work is too hard on the body, especially for someone at that age. And he's a little man too, so the first few nights back he's been struggling. I haven't been giving him any jobs, would rather let him relax and take it easy for a little bit but he's a worker and has been going hard at it. I don't know how long he will last at this rate, but we will see.
My experience of work has been pretty average but then I’m not educated have no degree or trade,I left school at 16 with jack all qualifications, I’ve just hacked away at it as best I could,, I’ve done everything from selling windows, bricklayers labourer, factory work, washing dishes nightclubs, bars, restaurants, and finally Television for 25 years just running and listening to try and get ahead, It’s been a bit of fun here and there but on the whole pretty hard going so nope I don’t like work, I like tinkering with and driving my car, cooking for the family, hiking, reading and researching companies to invest in, plus I love watching good movies , my next thing is to learn to fly and buy a glider, then I’ll be content, (plus I need a bigger garage and one more sports car), the simple life [emoji4] Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
