Grigio Silverstone California with PA plate "NT MY1ST"

I saw this California parked on 6th ave today and while I was admiring it I watched the SUV in front of it smack the front bumper while leaving their parking space and then drive away.

I understand that parking bumps are part of parking in NYC, however it looked like a pretty hard hit and may have done some damage.
