My patience is wearing thin!
Don't think he's crap per se, he sure has potential but he'll never get into a top team. He behaves like everyone should kiss his feet, constantly flip flops his opinion from ''best car ever'' to ''worst car I've ever driven''. Whinging prick. When others give feedback on the radio, it's normally something constructive such as ''I've got a lot of understeer in medium speed corners'' for example...Grosjean just says ''this car is **** and I can't drive it''. With the constructive information others give, quick adjustments can be made to try and cure the issue such as adjusting tire pressure or change wing angle... I've very little time for Grosjean. He's not the greatest driver out there but behaves like any team should be extremely happy with him
He has no idea what to do with a car that isn't driving right. He just says it's crap and flounders around. Pretty bonehead move at the beginning of the race as well.
What everyone else said. Firm criticism of the car is fine if it is actionable. Emotional hyperbole just kills morale.
But really Grosjean needs to stop that moaning during races that goes on the air for everybody to hear.
To be specific ''My right rear brake is on fire''. Kind of unnecessary how specific, but at least he knows what's going on in that car of his .
