Only good experiences with them. Bill is the owner, knows his stuff. That said, every parts supplier has their cons.
of all the years moore then 10 that i ben geting parts if bill was to call me back on a part not one time have i got a call back from i allways had to call back. the other day i call him reply can i call back its ben days and no calls as allways i have to call. any one experience this? maybe it is just me i dont know.
Years ago i had a TERRIBLE experience with Bill over the phone. he was extremely bothered that i called a few times to check on a parts order for my 308. car was in body shop waiting. he yelled at me and hung up. class act. Greg Sent from my SGH-T989 using Tapatalk 2
LOL! An acquired taste but I've known Bill and Dave for many years. They know the business and have come through for me many times. They don't respond to pressure.
I wasn't pressuring, I was trying to get a real date I could expect my order to ship. Common phone call I would expect, to auto parts houses across the world. No excuse for rudeness like that.
I used to buy a lot of parts from them when I had my shop (I bought more Lambo than Ferrari from them). I can't thank them enough for the service and help.
