Good luck to you and your team. Are you doing FR and Touring again?

Weather not looking so promising. Big typhoon on the way. Hope it uses up its energy in Taiwan and misses the track!!!

Yup, doing both series. We are gluttons for punishment. :D

I heard the previsou typhoon already damaged some of the grandstand structure, so they cancelled Wed practice for repair work. Sure hope the latest typhoon will quiet down, otherwise I may not even be able to make my flight tomorrow.

Are you going to do the Sep FR race in Zhuhai?

You guys are too much :):):)

A lot of people are scheduled to go up on Thurs morning and the typhoon is likely to be at its worst then. Hope it all works out.

    Good luck in both series.

I will do FR in Sept in Zhuhai

I did some free practice at SIC today. Track itself did not have any damage. Supposedly some outfield spectator stands were damaged, but I didn't see any. Yes, I have heard DTM group may not be able to to fly out of HK today. Hope they make it tomorrow.

Great to hear you have signed up for Sep FR race. See you on track soon.

How did Q go today? Heard MC was deadly fast in a rented 360C?

Qualified 2nd and won race 1. For race 2 my tires seem to drop off and was slow in all low speed corners. I could only manage to hold on to 3rd. My Formula Renault race was pretty good and finished 3rd as well. Overall I'm quite happy with the results.

MC was quite quick being his 1st time in a 360C and qualified 7th. FT qualified 3rd but had some bad luck in race 1. He came back strong and finished 2nd for race 2. I will post some pictures in about 10 days.

Thanks DM! I drove reasonably well, but also had some luck as well. For sure it was one of the best race weekends for me. Hope t repeat the result in Zhuhai come September.

Hey, did you order a 430 Scuderia? I called IMSS and it seems there are already 40 people on the list, so I declined.

Much appreciate the photos. Was S_ms_n driving the 997 Cup car that was testing its suspension over the curb? Ouch ;( R_se is doing great. Fantastic progress from the Exige days

Well, I braked as late as possible without going off into the kitty litter. He on the other hand braked later than me so.....

Yes, SC was in the 997. If you look carefully you can see his right front bumper got some special paint work on picture 7 that was not on picture 6 ha, ha.

RT may have improved, but IMHO she is still a danger on the track to others. Caused me substantial front end damage during practice. Lucky I had spare parts and a very large hammer. Another driver also almost had a shunt because of RT.

My comment was tongue in cheek. I heard about your shunt and it was shocking. The last thing that you needed in practice. Lucky that FY had a spare 360 front end

We run modified 360C. 360GT are not allowed by the rules, but that restriction may change for next year.
