I think specialty 996's (GT3, GT2, Turbo S etc) are being made until the 997 variants are intorduced.

I only put 23 miles on it, started raining today. The car feels light and fast. Steering is very good and tight. its fast until 4500 rpm, the it really moves. I have a 73 rs and that car is a blast to drive, not as fast as the gt3 but a lot of the same feel, ie, a drivers car.
