Anyone want the chassis of my GT4 before I send it off to the wreckers ? You come and get it and it's yours before Friday It's not bent even though it was in a rollover and the body panels are damaged and the doors are still attached as I couldn't get the bolts out. Either cut out and keep the numbered rail section, or destroy it (grind the numbers completetly away and drill holes too) yourself before it goes to the wreckers.
John,my Fmech used to have a immaculate silver GT4 which he bought from an old man who bought it new.He then sold it after a few years of owning it and it was stolen from the new owner.This was the only time he has heard of a GT4 being stolen.Around the same time he heard of one being damaged extensively and was asked to quote on some body panels and other parts.The guy never got back to him about the parts and not long after his ex GT4 went missing.Coincidence?
i'd love to piece together a GT4-X1/9 amalgamate, we can rebuild him, we have the technology. sadly i don't have that slab of VB any more to cover your postage costs. not to dredge up unpleasantries, but any more pics of it? i think the other's went down the poo-pipe in the fchat crash of december.
John, do you still have some parts from the car? I'm still looking for the little black buttons that go on the end of the ventilation/heater levers and I'd also like to have the large banjos off of the fuel filter head... Thanks,
