    So...
    I put on my headlights.
    They pop up as usual.
    I turn them off.
    They don't go down.
I turn the car off, walk away, come back some time later and they went down.

Any reason why they're on such a delay?

    Thanks!!

    Sticky relay?
Is there such a thing? Actually I just made that up. Can't hurt to try and swap it out though.

Many many threads about this - start by removing and reseating relays & fuses

Definitely worthwhile to replace the relays. They are over 30yrs old now. I went ahead and replaced all of mine about 2-3 yrs ago- made a difference. For example, I used to have the winking headlights (one goes down, other goes up, etc). Once I replaced the relays, those problems disappeared.

The headlights did that for the 4 years of my ownership. They always went down, so I never investigated. I just figured it was part of her personality. ;)

You give me new 328 wheels, new tirea, new ignition, new suspension... But couldn't spring for some lousy relays?!?

    I kid.
    I kid.

I hope it's just some relays.
Cause I just want to drive the EFFing thing before pulling it apart.

Come on now, it's loving this bonding time you're spending crawling all over it.
