    Image Unavailable, Please Login original on left. New on right is around 3 inches longer by eye. Do I run the extra length down the tie rod and that's it or what? Just cause stuff fits doesn't make it right does it?

    The original looks to be in good shape.... Or is it torn?

    They look fine. But since I'm rebuilding the rack and entire front sus. I figured put new boots. The old ones are 42 yrs old ya know.

    Well I hate if the originals were to crack in the future. I don't ever wanna do a rack again really. And if judges are checking under a car we're all screwed!
    I guess it's off to napa and deal with that beaut of a counter guy.
