Hey, I promised pictures but I was delayed because the car was at Dino Motors getting custom rear seat belts (shoulder belts to replace lap belts). The installation is very clean and professional not requiring any cutting of the rear leather. I took some closeups of the attachment points. This allows me to put booster seats in the rear and my wife and kids went along for the maiden voyage today.

If anyone is interested in updating the rear belts of their GT4, Johannes now has a good set of notes.

    ciao everyone,

Well this is a very timely post. I just pulled the interior out of my car (gt/4) and I found threaded bolt holes in the back “wings” just inside the rear windows. They looked like shoulder belt mounting holes but does anyone know if the 308 gt/4 ever came with rear shoulder belts?

    Hi
Just a cheeky question, would those black plastic bolt covers be available seperately (third picture), I am desperate for a couple for my GTB?
    regards
    Phil

I'll go look to see who the manufacturer of the belts is (and a model number) when I get home and let you know. You can ring them up and see if they'll sell you one.

That is a great looking job, too bad mine has no rear seats!

    Cheers!

    Phil,

The belts come from AMSAFE Commercial Products-- they seem to specialize in aircraft products. The belt is part # WELR-A-02. I checked their website under "European Automotive Restraints" (http://www.amsafe.com/products/detail.php?id=51&type=markets) it shows this contact info:
