The GT is a handfull, try to do all your braking before the bend and then accelerating out of it, it works for me.

Yes its a reward car. But its a regular production version of FGT, not racecar.

I like the BMW M3 GTR racecar the best around the ring.. nothing to complain about the handling, just a bit lack of power.

That does work for me when the car is all stock. After mods, the car just snaps without warning with the bumpy surface of the ring. It doesn't matter how cautious i drive, i would never be able to finish a full lap without crashing or a spin. :(

yeah. it's 444bhp, if i'm not wrong. if it's around 500+, it would be just nice. right now, i just compeleted the endurance at laguna seca in the M3 gtr.

i always have the same problem with 'too powerful' cars. i think the ring favours less powerful cars, say maybe 600 hp below. the only cars i can always enjoy to drive there is the m3 gtr, the merc evolution, clk gtr. maybe because of the lack of power, the bumps on the surface just doesn;t affect the car much. unlike the actual race cars, like the jag 88 race car, it's just impossible to even finish a lap there, due to the bumps. the car is just bloody nervous.

The only thing i can reccomend is to experiment with the setting untill you find one that suits you.

I rerouted a saved run onto my PC for digital editing. Burned a DVD with my best rides and put some cool rock music underneath.

steve, how do i make the suspension softer? by lowering the height? i just tried the mazda, better than the jag, but the suspension's still too stiff. the car just sort of re-acts at every bumps. my next race tomoro is the 2 hr 45 mins at the infenion. planning to give the mazda it's debut. thanx in advance.

When you enter a race you will see various boxes at the bottom of the screen, one of these is a red toolbox and if you click that you will open up the settings options, go to suspension settings and alter the spring rates and roll bar settings, if you soften the suspension you must remember to higher the car a little to stop it grounding, give it a go and let me know how you get on.

ok i tried, and it worked. first time i fiddled with the settings. it was just a bit of guessing game. i made changes at the height, can;t really remember, but i think made the front to the max. it was better, but is it possible to give me a good setting, for the ring in particular. i need that for the 24 hr race. i just finished the infinenon. the mazda performed very very well. did a best lap of 1:18 plus, and managed to complete 115 laps. thanx again steve

ok i really need some serious advice. i'll be doing the 24 hr enduro at the ring pretty soon. right now, i have the mazda race car. is that the best car around the ring? is so, can somebody state the best settings for the car? i fiddled here and there, but i can;t seem to get it accurately. the car still tends to understeer, but most of the time, when i hit any bumps, the car just flies off the track. any settings, from anybody, thanx a lot.

You dont need a very fast car to run the 24hr ring race as the AIs are going to be using touring cars such as Audi TT, MB 190E EvoII.... etc. So using the M3 GTR racecar is good enough.

If I remembered correctly, yes I think you need one of those fast cars to run the other 24hr races. You can always use the PREVIEW option to see what kind of cars you are competing against.

I love the TVR Speed 12, Tommy Kaira ZZII (don't know if that is the right spelling), and Suzuki has this very lightweight car with a GSX motor in it - awesome!

i fully tuned mine to the max, which is think it's a foolish thing to do, and the car seem a bit uncontrollable now. lol...i need to tune it a bit. whats the ideal BHP? i think mine's touching 1000 or perhaps more, i can;t recall.
