    Got out my sunroof to find that the previous owner had previously been in there and had broken off one of the ears on one of the nylon front slides. Check my parts manual and the part isNOT even listed. Anyone know where I can get an replacement. Other marques? I know the handle surround is supposedy the same as on a certain Alfa and a Lancia Beta?) thanks for help. Miked thanks for how to remove the sunroof much easier than I thought.

    They are very difficult to find especially in the US. Beware that there are various Fiat/Lancia/Alfa slides that are very similar in design but slightly different in dimension and therefore will not work. Bayless had some old stock and used ones about a year ago but apparently now all sold.

    If I were to need a new one I would look into having it recreated with 3D printing using an original slide to generate accurate dimensions and a file for the printer. The slides are handed so one could use the opposite hand slide and mirror image it. There are tons of places that will make 3D parts using your file or offer services to create a file for you. Google "3D printing services" in your location and you probably will find several to choose from. Some may be only interested in volume builds, others may find it a challenging project to take on.

    A quick look around found these webpages. Again, there are several similar but dimensionally different versions. The supplier, whose name I can not remember, sold the sunroof components to Ferrari/Fiat/Lancia/Alfa as a parts package, each to the vehicle manufacture's requirements.
